How to choose the right bra for the right time

As most of us know a Bra is one of the most crucial undergarments for women and girls. A proper fit bra will surely make her feel fit and comfortable. It also gives her a charming and sexy look. It is essential to understand the types of bra available so that you can pick the right ones for the right time to protect the overall health of your breasts. I will give a quick overview of different types of bras.

There are different types of bras:

Front Fastening Bras: According to some women the front fastening bras are more comfortable than the back fastening ones because the clasps are more convenient to reach. And overcome the problem of stumbling with hooks behind your back. This type of bra can be worn under any type of clothing such as casual or formal wears. The front fastening bra can be wired or non-wired and can come in a variety of styles and colours.

Nursing Bra: Nursing bras are the perfect choice for mothers who are breastfeeding a child. Nursing bras usually have cups made of cloth flaps that can be unhooked at the top and pulled down to open the breast. There are other designs involving holes made in the cup or zip and holes made to expose the breast from the front, but these are much less common.

Full support bra: A full support bra is one of the types of bra that most women are using in their day-to-day lives. The full support bra covers the entire breasts. This helps in increasing the health of the breast.

Minimizer Bra: Minimizer Bra work by compressing and shaping the breasts, giving the illusion of cup size or two being smaller. The minimizer also helps to avoid ‘spillover’ and make the bust look more attractive. The minimum size will also provide additional support for larger breast and will not make them look saggy.

Sports bra: Sports bra strengthens the breasts during exercise to avoid pain due to pulling of muscle and also saves from embarrassing moments. They are usually made of stretchable material that provides a snug fit. Its primary function is to keep the breasts in place while exercising to prevent damage to the soft tissues of the chest.

Push-up Bra: Push up bras is structured in a way that lifts the breasts and pushes them closer, thereby increasing the crack (cleavage). The pads in the bra are foam, gel or rubber. This padding differs from the padded bra in its position; the padded bra is centred under the breast and only lifts them UP while pushing the bra upward to push the breasts upward and inward. It has this padding positioning that gives push-ups such full cleavage.

Maternity Bra: These types of bra are designed in such a way that they can be enlarged to adjust as the breasts increase in size throughout pregnancy. They are designed not just to give comfortbut also right support needed during the pregnancy period.
